Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as our SMS delivery provider, is permitted solely for the purpose of operating the messaging program. You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also contact us using the information in Section 9 below to update or delete your information. Requests to stop receiving messages are processed promptly and you will receive a confirmation message.

We retain your mobile information for as long as you are enrolled in the SMS Messaging Program and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with our legal obligations and recordkeeping requirements. Once retention is no longer necessary, we delete or anonymize the information.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page along with an effective date. Continued participation in the SMS Messaging Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
