1. Program Description

The Longroc trading system alerts SMS Messaging Program ("the Program") sends operational and transactional text messages related to the Longroc automated trading system. Messages may include stop trigger notifications, position status updates, system health alerts, data subscription issues, and other operational events that require attention.

2. Consent and Enrollment

By providing your mobile phone number to Longroc and confirming enrollment, you consent to receive SMS messages from the Program at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase and you may withdraw consent at any time.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on system events. Most participants receive only occasional messages, though frequency may increase during periods of unusual market activity or system anomalies.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Longroc is not responsible for charges levied by your carrier.

5. HELP and STOP Keywords

Reply HELP at any time to receive information about the Program and how to contact us. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and stop receiving messages. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and you will not receive further messages unless you enroll again.

6. Carriers and Delivery

Messages are delivered through major US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is provided on a reasonable effort basis and Longroc does not guarantee delivery of any specific message.

7. Eligibility

To enroll in the Program you must be at least 18 years old, the account holder of the mobile phone number provided, and authorized to consent to receiving SMS messages at that number. The Program is available to participants in the United States only.

8. Privacy

Your mobile information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer

SMS messages are operational notifications and are not investment advice. They are not intended as a substitute for the formal communications, statements, and disclosures provided to you as a Longroc client. Always refer to your account records and official Longroc communications for authoritative information.

10. Modifications

Longroc may modify or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
